REVIEW
After some months of waiting, is finally here the new album of Leon "The Unseen Side Of The Moon".
After publishing, months ago, "Sampling Italian Samples" the Italian producer offers us a new album of instrumental hip hop.
"The Unseen Side Of The Moon" has a very psychedelic sound, but it's definitely more dark and obscure than the previous album.
Clearly, the cover find inspiration by the worldwide success of the Pink Floyd, but this is not the only reference or tribute that Leon wanted to include, in fact, we can found references everywhere even reading the titles of the songs! (Of course assumes that you have a mediocre musical culture!)
Heavy basses with Jazz and Rock obscure sounds are interrupted by Soul voices cleverly sampled ... an interesting listening till the last track!
The album is almost instrumental, except an one remix on the three bonus tracks.
